We import apricot halves in syrup from sunny Greece. They owe their appetising orange colour to their high content of beta-carotene, which gives our skin a healthy appearance. Firm and juicy apricot halves will make a great addition to light desserts, Christmas cakes or fruit smoothies. They are also great for savoury dishes. They can become the base for original sauces for roasted and grilled meats - especially poultry. In the off-season, they are an easy and delicious fruit snack for any time of day.
