We would like to thank Inter-Mlecz for inviting us to participate in the latest edition of the Masterclass culinary workshop, which took place on 11.10 at the Banana Storehouse in Warsaw. It was nice to cook vegetarian dishes in good company!💪 This time the theme was the interesting use of vegetarian products in the menu. Together with the participants, our ambassador Krzysztof Żurek prepared a vegan version of risotto with artichokes. There were also interesting ideas for using jackfruit, beans and fruit pulps.
