Limpol in 21 years around the world

How many times has the company gone around the globe in the course of its long operations - it is difficult to count. For 21 years Limpol has actively travelled the world's trade routes in search of interesting food products. It is faithful to the principles and values adopted at the beginning of the company's operations - it guarantees the highest quality, quick delivery, and attractive prices.

How long has Limpol Sp.z.o.o been around, and where did the idea for the company come from?

President of the Management Board of Limpol Sp.z o.o - Oksana Lubowiecka:

The company was set up in 1997, in Krakow, due to my husband's and my own passion for travelling. From our travels, instead of souvenirs, we used to bring some exotic things which was at that time were impossible to get in Poland. Our curiosity of people and of the world allowed us then, 21 years ago, to establish many important business relationships. With time, direct import, export, and food trade became our main business. For years we have delivered food products from all continents, and not only to the Polish tables. We are present in Romania, Lithuania, Croatia, and in the Ukraine.

What products can be found in Limpol's offer?

Our offer features a wide range of exotic as well as very native products. We cooperate with manufacturers from all over the world. Our top product is pineapple, which we have been importing from Thailand for years.

What is the company's policy?

Being able to stay on the market for so many years requires watchfulness and humility towards the changes. In terms of our values we are traditional, but at the same time we are modern and innovative. As a company we have to work all the time having our fitness in mind - being an athlete, I use this term quite deliberately, because business activities often resemble sports.

Where can your products be found?

We cooperate with the majority of Polish and foreign commercial chains. We sell our products under Vera own brand. Currently we invest in rebranding activities, as we are concerned with strengthening the brand and its recognition, as well as with the consistent visual identification of our products.

Where does Limpol's success come from?

The food market in Poland tends to change a lot. Polish people, even though faithful to classic tastes are more and more open to novelties. We follow the local and world's trends on a current basis. While expanding our offer we make sure that the values and principles practiced by us in our private lives are reflected in our work. That is why business partnership and fair competition principles have for years helped us develop systematically and achieve our position among the food industry leaders in Poland. Our success stems from the fidelity to business principles, and from listening to the consumers' needs. However, in the first place, Limpol is a team of fantastic people - creative, full of various passions and ideas. Thanks to them the challenges we face in our everyday business life become and adventure which has already been going on for 21 years.
