Description

Thai coconut flesh extract, with a fat content of 17-19%. The product contains 80% of coconut flesh extract. It is white in colour and has a fine creamy texture and aromatic flavour. A characteristic ingredient of Asian cuisine dishes. In Poland, it is increasingly used as a substitute for cream for vegetarians and people sensitive to lactose in soups, curries, cocktails, marinades or stews.
