VERA coconut milk is Thai coconut flesh extract, with a fat content of 17-19%. The product contains as much as 80% of coconut flesh extract. It is white in colour and has a fine creamy texture and aromatic flavour. It is a characteristic ingredient of Asian cuisine dishes. In Poland, it is increasingly used as a substitute for cream for vegetarians and people sensitive to lactose in soups, curries, cocktails, marinades or stews. Now also available in a larger capacity in a carton pack.
