Red Kidney beans, the Red Kidney variety, have become a permanent fixture in international cuisine, although they are known mainly from Mexican cuisine. Very crunchy, with an intense flavour, it is excellent for vegetarian or vegan dishes. The bean is an ideal base for vegetable salads and also a great addition to meats.
