This is a large portion of sun-dried tomatoes, created for restaurants that serve Italian delicacies. Sun-dried tomatoes are widely used, especially in pizzas and salads. Increasingly, they are being used as an addition to meat and fish tartares, pates and mousses. Many cooks also add them to their dry baked goods - focaccia, grissini, small buns.
